My friends and I did the 4 day Inca trail hike to Machu Picchu with these guys and we were all extremely impressed by all the entirety of the experience. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations, from the food to their wealth of knowledge. I recommend anyone wanting to do any sort of tour in Peru to go with them. Cesar and Pepe are incredible guides and were great at explaining everything and fielding all of our questions. Alejandro the cook made incredible meals the whole time we were out there and the porters were all very kind and unbelievably good at their jobs. The company picked us up directly from the airport, provided excellent communication throughout the booking process, and supplied high-quality hiking and camping equipment that made the experience comfortable and stress-free.

We first completed a hike to Rainbow Mountain, followed by an incredible four-day trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Our guides, Pepe and Cesar, were outstanding — knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and passionate about the history and culture of the region. Their expertise made the entire journey even more meaningful.

A huge thank you also goes to the 17 porters who worked unbelievably hard to make the trip seamless. The meals they prepared were amazing, especially considering we were deep in the mountains camping each night. And the efforts they put into setting up, breaking down, and transporting gear was very impressive. They even woke us up each day with a cup of coffee/ tea. Their effort and hospitality did not go unnoticed.

If you are considering hiking the Inca Trail or exploring Peru, I cannot recommend Tour Leaders Peru highly enough. They created a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our group, and we will never forget it.

There communication was outstanding, arranging transportations, drop off and pick ups from our hotel, what to bring. The porter team were incredible.  Honestly the best food we had in our whole time in Peru was easily all of the meals we had on the trail prepared by the porter team.  The views were absolutely incredible, we did the 4 day Inka trail and the Rainbow mountain trail. The days on the trail were my favorite. Cesar and Pepe were the ideal guides.  They seemed to know everything about the Andes, the Inka Civilization, and took really good care of our group.  They paced us well and were always making sure all 11 of us were feeling good. When people felt ill due to altitude they made sure to get us remedies quickly.  Every time I thought this trip couldn’t get better they had another surprise—an amazing campsite above the clouds, a meal, an interesting conversation.  They advertise as a Peruvian experience and it truly was.  Next time I come back to Peru I will be contacting Pepe, Cesar and Tour Leaders Peru!

When we arrived in Cusco, our tour guides Cesar and Pepe were waiting for us with transportation. They do a great job of explicitly explaining the planning for the trips, leaving no uncertainty. We did the Inca Trail tour and it was amazing. Their team was hard working, always having camp set up by the time we arrived, and the food was mind blowing! You will not be hungry. Pepe and Cesar not only did a great job of making things fun even when challenging, but they also have a deep historical knowledge of the country that was interesting the whole way through. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company, these are good people who really care about making your trip memorable. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
