There’s a bag for everyone and this last few months, this has been mine! I’ve used it for hiking lights, overnight stays, and even tracking camera gear up a mountain. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and pretty durable. Fantastic for a day bag too, as long as you don’t load it too heavily as the strengthening wings at the lower back will rub a little on your lower back and it starts to hurt after a couple of days of it as I learned in Venice. It was humid warm but raining at times and we walked about 25k steps a day.
You can stuff this bag with a lot, just not a crazy heavy amount in those conditions.
    Hope this is helpful.
